Texla leadership training – ”Involve” in Prague

Texla’s values on how to take care of all our employees are of great importance to us and therefore we have had a leadership program running from Sep and it will end in December. These 3 days were full of excellent education and tools about leadership under the leading of Björn Forssén at 2achieve.

The atmosphere was full of energy and involvement from all our management teams. By lifting our managers to a higher level we believe strongly that our way of leading people will make us even stronger. A big thank you to Björn Forssén and Per Jerndahl who has given us valuable tools and a great knowledge about how to act as leaders to support our great employees to become the best version of themselves.
